Le recenti disposizioni di legge stabilite dal D.Lgs. 81/08 in materia di sicurezza sui luoghi di lavoro - che modificano il quadro creato dal D.Lgs. 626/94 e successive modifiche e integrazioni, che già riprendeva, innovava e riorganizzava la normativa precedente - hanno portato nuovamente alla ribalta il problema della tutela della salute dei lavoratori come imprescindibile obbligo del datore di lavoro.
